This week begins with a choice. God gives us free will — today, we choose Him. Let’s empty what distracts us. Let’s make room for what matters.
Throughout Lent, I will share a post each week to guide and inspire you to let God renew you as you grow closer to him. Subscribe below to receive a notification when each weekly blog post is published. I look forward to hearing in the comments how each of you grows in your relationship during this time.
Day 1: Reflection: God gives us free will to choose Him.
Question: What choice today will draw me closer to God?
Action: Pause in prayer and ask God to guide your day.
Day 2: Reflection: Lent invites us to let go of what separates us from God.
Question: What habit or comfort could I release?
Action: Write it down and surrender it to God.
Day 3: Reflection: Empty spaces create room for God to work.
Question: What can I fill the space with once I let go?
Action: Choose one positive habit or act of kindness.
Day 4: Reflection: Small choices shape who we become.
Question: What small decision can reflect God’s love today?
Action: Compliment or encourage someone intentionally.
Day 5: Reflection: Lent is a time to pause and reflect.
Question: When did I feel closest to God this week?
Action: Spend 10 minutes journaling about your spiritual highs and lows.
Day 6: Reflection: God wants to use us for good—but we must be willing.
Question: How can I be used by God today?
Action: Identify one small way to serve someone.
Day 7: Reflection: God’s grace is abundant, even when forgiveness is rare.
Question: Who do I need to forgive—or ask forgiveness from?
Action: Reach out to someone with a word of peace.
