As Lent continues, I’m reminded that transformation rarely happens through one big moment—it happens through small, intentional choices made day after day. This week, I want to slow down and live with greater purpose. I’m paying attention to the habits I practice, the gratitude I express, and the ways I connect with God through prayer and trust. Lent invites me to live intentionally, allowing even the smallest actions to shape my heart and draw me closer to Him.

Day 29: Reflection: Lent is about intentional living.

Question: What intention will guide me this week?

Action: Write down one intentional choice for each day.

Day 30: Reflection: Even small acts done with love matter.

Question: What small act can I do with great love today?

Action: Smile at someone, pray for a coworker, or write a note of encouragement.

Day 31: Reflection: God uses the consistency of small habits to transform us.

Question: Which small habit can I strengthen this week?

Action: Commit to one daily habit that draws you closer to God.

Day 32: Reflection: Gratitude opens our hearts to God’s work.

Question: What am I grateful for today?

Action: Write three things you are thankful for.

Day 33: Reflection: God’s timing is perfect; our willingness matters.

Question: Where do I need patience to see God’s plan?

Action: Choose one situation to trust God with completely.

Day 34: Reflection: Prayer connects our will to God’s will.

Question: How can I pray more intentionally today?

Action: Set aside 5 minutes for focused prayer.

Day 35: Reflection: Lent is about transformation, not just sacrifice.

Question: How am I being transformed this Lent?

Action: Reflect on one positive change in yourself this month.

This week, I want to focus less on perfection and more on consistency. One intentional choice. One small act of love. One moment of prayer or gratitude at a time. God often works through the quiet, faithful habits we practice every day. As Lent continues, I’m asking God to transform my heart—not just through what I give up, but through the life I am learning to live more intentionally with Him.
